We accept refunds and exchanges on certain items that were purchased in store.

We do not accept returns on bikes. Our sales staff are trained to be very thorough in finding you the right bike with the right fit and this should negate any second guessing you may have after you’ve ridden your new bike for the first few times.

However, if the bike just isn’t operating the way it should, we’ve got your back. We will do our best to warranty the item with the manufacturer and make things right.

Items should be in new, sale condition. Please provide proof of purchase and details of whether an item is for return or exchange. Cardinal Bicycle does not do partial refunds. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases
All returns must be in new condition, including all packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase. All returns are for store credit or money back less a 10% restocking fee and must be accompanied by a receipt. All sales are final on bikes, saddles, car racks and shoes.

Online Purchases
Online purchases will be refunded in the event you were sent the incorrect item, an item of poor quality or an item that may have been damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns on items that were ordered by mistake.

Warranty & Replacement
Some items we sell come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If your product has a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship, you may contact us to have the product returned for warranty replacement or repair. Please send all warranty requests to
